WebProse Designer is a powerful multimedia, Web-presentation tool that requires no coding. It's aimed at users who want a

Though powerful enough for professional Web designers, WebProse Designer was created with the nonprofessional in mind and features an intuitive, easy-to-master interface. Version 2.1 has been updated to support Modzilla Firefox, add video help and fix several bugs.
